Assange is Out

Well done, Albo. And, of course, well done the many people who fought for years for Assange’s release.

But let’s not forget Millar and Karvelas and Rowland and Greste for the chum-clubby, idiotic and sanctimonious assholes they were and are.*

  1. It is disappointing that he had to plead guilty, but beggars can’t be choosers; I’d jump at the chance for Freedom if I was in solitary confinement for over 10 years.

  2. He boarded a plane and flew from the UK. The news outlets don’t say where he is heading. My opinion about him will be finalised when I know where he flew to.

    1. There’s plenty of news on that. I was similarly curious as to how the US government could be trusted. But I trust Assange’s team to ensure that it’s not a trap.

      1. Yes, I read it. He flew to a Pacific island to be trialled by a US court. I hope the agreement will be honoured.
